PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

1975 - 1979: Law Clerk, Kansas Attorney General Office - Anti-Trust Division

 

1979 - 1980: Attorney, Office of Kansas Attorney General - Anti Trust/Consumer Protection Division.

 

1980 - present: Founding Attorney, Rork Law Office: a law firm solely engaged in the practice of criminal law.  Only civil law practiced involves drug tax assessments, forfeiture proceedings, and drivers license hearings. Dedicated to the vigorous and zealous representation of those accused of crimes.  Successfully concluded many first degree murder offenses and other serious felony charges, and State and Federal Courts throughout the State of Kansas and Missouri.  

 

1994: One of few Kansas Attorneys who participated in and successfully completed lengthy program to be certified for available as co-counsel or lead counsel in a death penalty prosecution.

 

2002: Commissioned as an eligible attorney to defend accused persons before the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
